1. Type the voltage
stabilizer into the power distribution equipment board, and install a
fuse that conforms to the output power guarantee rate of the instrument
and equipment on the customer power distribution equipment board to
ensure safe electricity use.
2.
Receive the switching power supply of the power-consuming equipment to
the output terminal of the instrument and equipment, pay attention to
the rated value of the high-power electrical appliance, and the
operating voltage value should be consistent with the output of the
voltage stabilizer, and avoid wrong insertion.
3.
Turn on the power switch of the voltage stabilizer first, and the
indicator light is on during operation. Check to see if the value
indicated on the ammeter is normal. When the output voltage is normal,
turn on the power switch of the power consumption device, the
non-contact voltage stabilizer can automatically adjust the working
voltage, and the power supply system is all normal.
4.
When the power-consuming equipment is not needed for a long time,
please turn off the power switch of the power-consuming equipment to
reduce power consumption and increase the service life of the voltage
stabilizer.
5. The voltage
stabilizer cannot be used under load. When the voltage operating voltage
is low, the output volume decreases, and the load of the voltage
stabilizer should be relatively reduced.
6.
When selecting high-power electrical appliances such as refrigerators,
air conditioners, centrifugal pumps and other equipment with electric
motors, a voltage stabilizer with a volume of more than 3 times should
be selected to prevent the starting current of the equipment from
exceeding the current of the voltage stabilizer fuse or overcurrent.
Maintain the blocking switch current flow so that the voltage regulator
fuse is blown or the blocking switch trips or the pressure drop is too
large to work.
7. The transmission
line connected with the voltage stabilizer must have enough surface to
prevent overheating and pressure drop. The voltage stabilizer above the
volume of 2KVA is connected by the terminal block, a single copper
transmission line should be used, and the terminal screw should be
tightened as much as possible to prevent the connection from becoming
hot.
8. Whether it is a single-phase
or three-phase voltage stabilizer, after connecting all the I/O lines,
first turn off the power switch of the load, then turn on the voltage
stabilizer, check that the output voltage is normal, and then turn on
the load the power switch.
Common problems in the use of non-contact voltage regulators:
1. Do not use excessive load;
2. Please use enough cables;
3. Please be careful to connect the input voltage and the output of the equipment;
4. The output voltage of the equipment and the voltage stabilizer should be unified;
5. Select the input operating voltage power switch is the same as the power supply voltage;
6. If the fuse is burnt, please check the load equipment;
7. Use fuses with the same budget rating, and do not use non-rated fuses or cables;
8. Install in a dry and naturally ventilated area.
